This bird of prey sits atop the dead oak tree. It protects the edifice from other birds which defile the premises and animals that dig up the grounds. The bird is named Cecil and snarls and divebombs those who do not display the expected respect. Proceed with caution and do not startle this bird.I will be moving my belongings in shortly.
